Created in association with King Software, Xing Hospital Management is an easy and flexible solution for any type of hospital ranging from Small Clinics to Medium Sized and Large Hospitals. The accounting module is fully compliant with the international IFRS9 standard this powerful software package is a big step towards making your administrative processes faster and more efficient.

Some highlighted features:

- Sales and purchases of treatments, medication or other products can be listed on the same invoice / purchase order.

- Flexible tax options. Only type the value in the tax box and the system will calculate automatically based on your specifications.

- For Expenses there is a warning system so the user can control and calculate expenditure against a customized budget. There is a cash advance system for costs incurred in the field. After reconciliation the user can either return the rest or pay the outstanding balance.

- Inventory System has 2 models in one report: FIFO and Average.

- Open Invoice Report. This is to allow the user access to aging reports.

- For the journal there are 2 options : batching and online posting. Small and medium sized companies often face problems in their accounting procedures. They can suffer from late data entry. The batching system can eliminate this problem

- In Inventory there is a warning system with a comparison of on hand medication stock and estimated requirements

- Patient files with medical history and archive for adding reports and photograhs/graphics.

- Flexibility in the choice of database. As a default option Microsoft Access is used but companies with larger accounting requirements can upgrade Xing Hospital Management to use other database systems like MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle. This customized support is not included in the standard edition. An update script can be sent to registered users on demand.


- User rights management like access to certain modules, the ability to change pricing and edit other data is included.
